Founder & Managing Partner
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Punjabi University in 2015. He qualified as a CA in 2017. He worked as a CFO at Modulus Cosmetics Private Limited. He has specialization in Statutory & Tax Audits, GST compliance & litigation matters, direct tax consultancy, and opinions and has independently appeared in many Income Tax cases before the Income Tax Authorities, Company Law Matters, Corporate Structuring and Tax Planning, Preparation of Budgets and Fund Management and Financial Due Diligence. Currently, He is heading our Sangrur branch office.
CA JyotiSharan
Founder & Managing Partner
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a CA in 2017. He specializes in Audit and Assurance, Financial Due Diligence, Company Law matters, and GST. He has vibrant exposure to clients from various sectors like Pharma, Real Estate, Media, Entertainment, Consumer Services, Information Technology, Aviation, Hospitality, etc. Currently, He is heading our Barnala head office.
